Both Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering are almost similar branches with upto 80-90% overlap. Aerospace engineering is field of engineering with designing and building aircraft and spacecraft. Aerospace engineering basically has two subsections. One is Aeronautical Engineering while the other is astronautical engineering.
