Any of the following whether People, companies or the institutional bodies for higher degree all around the world will never discriminate between AICTE or UGC approval. For sure, Being both accreditation is a plus point but while comparing both will not lead to a conclusion as both are authorised In

AICTE takes care of the updation of the syllabus and technicality of the institute. While UGC is under Ministry of Human Resources and it gives ranking and takes care of the discipline of the institute.

UGC and AICTE are two apex organisations that cater for the higher studies in India. One of the main differences between UGC and AICTE is that the later one basically deals with technical education. Yes, it values of degree for B.Tech as it basically deals on technical education.
