CLAT is a common law admission test which includes all NLUs except NLU Delhi and also many private colleges give admission on the basis of CLAT rank but AILET is only for the admission in NLU Delhi.

AILET exam is conducted every year for admission in NLU-Delhi but CLAt exam is conducted for admission in all NLUs and also through CLAT you can also get admissions in various other private colleges like Narsee Monjee, Amity, etc.
