What is the difference between AMIE & IICHE certification and am I eligible to do PG Courses after this?

Dear sir, I like to join amie or iiche. In both of them which one is valuable. What is the difference between both of them. If we done iiche or amie, is it eligible to do higher PG courses like M.Tech., M.B.A., etc. please tell me.
