What is the difference between an Account Executive and an Account Manager?

Hi Cobi,
Usually account executives hunt for new business and account managers farm it after it gets hunted. However it varies a lot company to company. Typically an Account Exec is a new business hunter where an Account Manager is an existing customer farmer.
