Hello Yash,
While computer science and engineering equally cover both hardware and software aspects. Information technology engineering and software engineering has a lesser focus on the hardware aspect. However, this difference hardly matters as universities frequently keep updating the syllabus for each branch.
Unless and until, you get a job in a hardware manufacturing company like Intel, Logitech, etc. This little difference in the syllabus hardly matters.
