PGDM and MBA both are management courses at Master’s level. PGDM full form is Post Graduate Diploma in Management which means it is a Diploma course. MBA on the other hand is a degree course. SP Jain do not offer MBA. SPJIMR offers two-year full-time residential PGDM programme equivalent to an MBA. PGDM is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and AMBA, UK. MBA is a management degree issued by a university and PGDM refers to Post Graduate Diploma in Management offered by a private college
