What is the difference between animated and non-animated Ppt. in Powerpoint?

If you are talking about animated PPT, it will consider transition effects on the whole side and separate animation for each text box or picture and in non-animated PPT, we cannot add the effects. It will only have a theme design and nothing much.

Non-animated doesn't include any transition or animation effect.
Animation consider both transition and animation effects.
