Hey , there is little bit difference between Animation and Multimedia as in Animation all the things of Multimedia is covered as over all and if you are having all the knowledge of Animation then Multimedia courses is no need to do the specialisation in it .And if you are interested in these courses then you can make survey of Ahemdabad Institutions as it is one of leading cities of India providing this courses. -

Multimedia refers to the combination or collective use of text, audio and visual content. Similarly, when you combine these 'mediums' together to create an engaging experience where the audience or user can interact its called "multimedia".
Animation is putting2D or3D drawing, graphics and/or illustrations together to create moving objects (that are not created) to tell a story. Animation is moving graphics put together.
