An architect can work as an interior designer but an interior designer cannot. Architecture includes both the designing of interior and exterior spaces of a particular area or project. Architecture is about the structure of a building. It focuses more on the needs of a good and durable structure of a building while interior designing is about the aesthetic appealing of the inner walls and goods and their arrangements. Yes, a part of interior designing will be taught at B.Arc

Yes, of course, it is. What I mean to say is that interior design is more of aesthetic and design oriented rather than the necessity.

Any and every architecture course has a specialisation in the final years. You could choose interior designing as a specialisation after your 2nd year as well as have knowledge of basic overall architecture.
