What is the difference between B.Com and B.Com professional? Are these two courses same?

It's b.com (honours) and b.com (p). The only difference between them is mathematics which you will have in b.com (honours). So if you're good in mathematics then you can go for b.com(hons) if not then go for b.com (p). Hope it helps.
