Both the courses are dual degrees, which is to say they offer two degrees at the successful completion of the course. However, there is an obvious difference of the degree, as one is B.A. And another B.Com which means difference in curriculum. In the same length the scope is slightly different (while there is no bar to practice any area of law), since B.Com would be beneficial from the point of view of financial laws and taxation, while B.A. Would not carry that benefit. B.A. LL.B. Is most generally offered. There is also B.A. LL.B. Offered by some institutions, which is great if one has an inclination.

Hello Harsh,
The difference lies between the subjects that would be taught in the first 2 years. You would study the same subjects of law throughout, along with the other course- BBA or B.Com. But because LL.B. Needs you to be a graduate, hence they would teach you subjects in the first two years, along with law. You can download the syllabus of the courses from the university website you want to take admission into.
All the best!
