What is the difference between B.Design and fashion design in apparel production?

    The apparel designer is specializing in different categories or a single type of garments. They make clothing for various purposes like outerwear, sportswear, eveningwear, and others. These are the major difference between fashion vs apparel designing.

    Hi,
    I think you misunderstood something because Bachelors of design / B.Des. /B.Design is the name of degree. And Fashion designing is a stream of B.DES only.
    For eg: in engineering, people do Bachelor's of technology (B.Tech) and then there are different fields like mechanical, electronics, Computer Science, civil, etc.
    Or, 12th is class then there is arts, commerce, Science.
    Like that only, Bachelor's of design (B.Des) is a degree and it have different streams like:
    - Fashion designing
    - Textile designing
    - Accessory designing
    - Knitwear designing
    - Fashion Communication
    - Leather designing
