Universities which offered other degrees along with engineering called their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and Institutes constituted for only Engineering studies named their degree asB.Tech(Bachelor of Technology). No degree, BE orB.Techis superior to the other..

BE and B Tech are synonymous degrees. Course content of these courses are similar. You must identify your Institute based on its track record than nomenclature of degree awarded by them.
