What is the difference between B.E and B.Tech?

There is not much difference between what you stated. However,B.tech is considered as more technological and practical.Other than that it is pretty much the same.No one is superior to the other.

Universities which offered other degrees along with engineering called their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and Institutes constituted for only Engineering studies named their degree asB.Tech(Bachelor of Technology). No degree, BE orB.Techis superior to the other.
