Most of the people do M.Sc. After B.Sc. I would suggest you to go with your interest. IF you want to become a teacher in any School, then you can do B.Ed. Otherwise, you can pursue M.Sc. And later Ph.D. After that you can become a research Scholar or teach in a University as an Assistant Professor.

B.Ed degree is just a degree which specifies that you are eligible for teaching. If you go for B.Sc B.Ed, then you are eligible to teach up to 10th standard students. And, if you go for M.Sc B.Ed, then you are eligible to teach up to 12th standard students. So, choice is yours, so choose accordingly.

B.Ed after M.Sc is beneficial as you have better options and opportunities. Moreover, it's not that same in job satisfaction that you'll get by getting M.Sc in your experience.
