As per my knowledge, if you want to go for teaching in school up to 10th standard, then you can go for B.Sc B.Ed combination. And, if you want to be a teacher up to class 12th standard, then you have to be M.Sc. B.Ed.

You can pursue B.Ed after your graduation. According to me, I don't think it makes any different whether you go for B.Ed first or pursue Masters.
