As per my knowledge, if you want to go for teaching in school up to 10th standard, then you can go for B.Sc B.Ed combination. And, if you want to be a teacher up to class 12th standard, then you have to be M.Sc. B.Ed.

You can pursue B.Ed after your graduation. According to me, I don't think it makes any different whether you go for B.Ed first or pursue Masters. It completely depends on you, if you just want to start your career as a teacher and do not want to waste time, you can do B.Ed after B.Sc, however, if you do B.Ed after M.Sc, you would be more diverse and can look for job opportunities in many fields.
