D.Pharm stands for Diploma in pharmacy, which is a 2 year course and B.Pharm stands for Bachelor in pharmacy, which is 4 year course. But, if you will do B.Pharm after passing D.Pharm, then you can get lateral entry in B.Pharm, then it become 3 year course instead of 4 year.
