    Dear Mohith,
B.Sc Is Bachelor of Science while B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology. In B.Sc, you will study only Science- physics, chemistry & maths. But in B.Tech, you will learn technical things and something new. Both the courses are good but in today's world, there is more demand of technical people. So, B.Tech is the best option but do it from a good college. B.Sc is also a good choice if you have interest in teaching.
