What is the difference between B.Sc and B.Tech? Which course has a better scope?

In terms of industry requirement, B.Tech is much more ahead than B.Sc. (even done In CS/IT) and even followed by MCA. In entry level in IT domain they get better package, better position in job hierarchy with better career progression.
