What is the difference between B.Sc / B.A. clinical psychology? Can I enter as an psychologist in a hospital after completing this course .

I am a 12 pass out with 89% marks in science group .I am interested in doing B.Sc clinical psychology. Suggest a nice college with high placement and good faculty ? Is Amity University in Noida a right choice?
