Dear Saurabh, They are not comparable. B.Sc. In Biotechnology deals with basic and applied aspects of all fields of biotechnology, especially human health. B.Tech course deals mostly with the engineering and applied aspects of the field. The following universities are good for these programmes:

Biotechnology lays emphasis on the theoretical aspects of the various subjects while B.Tech Biotechnology focuses attention on the application of theoretical knowledge. BSc in Biotechnology deals with basic and applied aspects of all fields of biotechnology, especially human health. It is a baseline for MSc that may culminate in a PhD. BTech course deals mostly with the engineering and applied aspects of the field.

There is not much difference, but in B.Sc. biotech you will learn some topics in little depth and in B.Tech you will learn everything too deeply.
Also, B.Tech is a technical course, so it will give you more knowledge regarding field work.
