What is the difference between B.Sc (Hons) in psychology and B.Sc in psychology? Which one is better?

I want to do B.Sc (Hons) in psychology, but only a few colleges are showing B.Sc (Hons) in psychology and all other colleges are showing B.Sc in psychology.
