What is the difference between B.Sc in Agriculture and B.Sc in Agriculture (hons.)?

Someone answered wrong below. For the above question. It is quite the reverse. A B.Sc hon. degree in Agri is nothing, but a subject major in the Degree with other minors like Botany or Zoology. On the other hand, B.Sc Agri is purely a professional degree with a course mandate regulated by ICAR.

The B.Sc. (Hons) is considered to be, academically, of a higher standard than the ordinary B.Sc. Degree. A student will have to write a dissertation for the completion of a B.Sc. (Hons) degree. On the other hand, this is not mandatory for B.Sc. Degree. A B.Sc. Degree is easy to obtain as compared to a B.Sc. (Hons) degree. Regards.
