It entirely depends on what you want to do with your education. With India being an agricultural economy you can really strengthen the concepts about break through research techniques if you want to become a researcher or a lecturer and pursue a Masters in fields like Botany, Agricultural Chemistry,

The most prominent difference between these two is that BSc Agriculture is a degree program in the vast subject while BTech Agricultural Engineering is a specialised degree program in an interdisciplinary specialisation of Agriculture and Engineering.
