    A B.Tech degree in biotechnology exposes you to both the biological sciences as well as the chemical engineering principles involved in biotechnology.     B.Sc. In Biotechnology deals with basic and applied aspects of all fields of biotechnology, especially human health. It is a baseline for M.Sc. That may culminate in a Ph.D. B.Tech course deals mostly with the engineering and applied aspects of the field. If you are looking for best university for B.Tech Biotechnology and B.Sc.
