B.Sc. in hotel management is traditional graduation, not a full-fledged hotel management course. It is the part of B.Sc. But, BHM is a full-fledged course and it is specially designed for hotel management. Of course, BHM has better scope as after doing it you can work in service industry, tourism sector and even airlines. There are institutes like IIHM, LPU, Amity, IHM that offer world class practical knowledge to their students, both on the campus as well as off the campus. Some of these institutes offer scholarships too. Check their websites for more information.

The difference is in the fees structure and subject offered in these course. But both of them follows the old approach to provide knowledge and skills to its students, whereas B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management follows practical approach, which is a best way to learn about the industry. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand. It can also help in the aviation industry and other areas of the hospitality industry. So it will be of immense help in the long run.

Don't be fooled by someone. B.Sc, BHM, BA and BBA these are the four different degrees that you might get after graduating from a hotel school. There is no such difference between B.Sc and BHM. Literally, there is no difference but there are some colleges which provide Bachelor of hospitality and tourism, so here they focus on tourism subject at a great extent.
In BA, you will be learning the same but when talking about BBA in hospitality then some colleges have majors and minors like finance, business management and retail. So if a student is doing a BBA in hospitality then, that may be of a larger extent and the chances of employment
