Hi, B.Sc IT mainly focuses on database, networks etc. And, more of practical application of computer whereas B.Sc Andhra Pradesh is an academic course which focuses mainly on theoretical stuff. B.Sc IT is more in demand and has more scope in future. So, I would suggest you to go for it. All the best
