This is one of the most common questions students ask and the answer is simple. B.Sc Nursing will be a 4 year degree programme after 6-month internship, and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) will be a 3 year Diploma after 6-month internship. B.Sc Nursing is with you for government gazetted officer
