Hi,
In B.Tech, you will study and apply your technical knowledge in your specific domain whereas in B.Sc, you will study deeply the theoretical aspects of you domain.
B.Sc is the study of sciences whereas B.Tech is the study of technology. B.Tech is more practical based on creative designing whereas B.Sc is more based on theory aspect than practical.
B.Sc is generally a 3-year course (6 semesters) and B.Tech is a 4-year course (8 semesters).
