There is no difference between B.Tech and BE. There is only nomenclature difference between both the degrees. Acceptance of the both the degree is same in job market and for higher studies in India and abroad.

You are eligible to seek admission in M.Tech at IITs and NITs after BE. You are eligible to do ME at Institutes such as BITS Pilani after BE. You are eligible for seeking admission in MS in foreign universities after BE. BE degree is on par with B.Tech and BS Engineering.
