What is the difference between B.Tech and diploma in instrument engineering?

Hello Sayed,
Diploma is a type of certificate awarded to a student who has completed a three year course in some branch of engineering after passing 10th exam. Degree (B.Tech/BE) is awarded by a university after completion of 4 year course for which eligibility is 12th.
