Both of these fields are different and unique in their own ways and one can choose any of these according to their interests. While the main focus of Mechanical Engineering lies in manufacturing machines equipments and robotic devices, Civil Engineering focuses more on developing modern day infrastructures such as bridges, dams, roads, highways etc.

Both of these fields are the most widely considered options for students wanting to pursue engineering and have a vast career scope in the upcoming time, and one can pursue any of these which align with their personal interests.
