The difference between B.Tech CSE and B.Tech ECE is that CSE stands for computer Science engineering and ECE stands for electronic and communication engineering there are huge difference between both as CSE is like learning the language and logic of computers, then building software and applications.

ECE is like learning how the physical components of computers and communication systems work, then designing and building them.
