B.Tech in agriculture is 4 years UG course in agriculture studies and processes. The eligibility for this requires passing class 12th in biology, chemistry and Maths. B.Tech. Biotechnology stands for Bachelor of Technology in biotechnology. It is an under-graduate engineering programme. Biotechnology is said to be a combination of biology and technology and it is an applied Science. I hope it will help you, feel free to ask any query.
