    Firstly, B.Sc. Chemistry is more related to pure Science where you focus mainly on the chemical properties, reactions and their outcomes. On a deeper level you can conceptualize the creation of new compounds being a chemist. While, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is more of an applied Science where you debottleneck the process conceptualized by a chemist to fit to the real world scenario. You will work to construct and operate large scale equipment that scale up the laboratory scale concept for real life applications.
