What is the difference between BA honors and regular BA programme?

Generally syllabus of any BA Pass and BA (Hons.) degree is similar in majority of the universities. Rigor and depth of courses covered in honors course is higher in comparison to pass courses. Also few universities allows honors student to choose electives. Nowadays employers prefer honors degree ho
