What is the difference between BA in applied psychology and B.Sc. in clinical psychology?

First of all, B.Sc in Psychology is called, Psychiatry. And secondly, Clinical Psychology is pursued through Masters in Psychology with a Doctorate degree. The main difference is that, the B.Sc degree lets the Psychiatrist to prescribe medicine and perform electroshock treatments. A Psychology degree through a Humanities background doesn't permit that.
