What is the difference between BA in maths and BA honors in maths?

B.A. Hons in maths comes with some additional subjects. So better to do BA Hons as it has more value and better job prospects.

When you do BA with maths, you learn maths with 2 other subjects for three years and if you do BA honours with maths, you learn only maths in the last year.
