What is the difference between BA LLB and BA LLB (honors)?

Well, in simple terms, the only thing an Hons. degree would fetch you will be a BA LLB Hons. after your name as an Advocate. In India, when it comes to an Hons. degree, you might get a little preference in terms of recruitments and that's it. Also, these days it is amongst the trend to pursue an Hons degree. However, in practical terms even a person without an Hons degree can practice Law like you. However, when it comes to Hons. courses in Law, you get to have specializations in certain laws over your law school period, and thus you are an specialized lawyer on a particular subject.
