Both courses are the same, the only difference is the the name. You may try to get into any course as both serves the same purpose and will teach you the same syllabus.

Both are the same. The only difference is the name. You'll get the same syllabus and it depends upon the Universities. Get admission in NIMCJ Ahmedabad to pursue a dream career in mass communication.
