After independence of India, we have two types of universities, one that offers degrees in many fields like sciences, arts, engineering, etc. and second set of universities offers only degrees in engineering. Those offering other degrees along with engineering named their degree as BE and institute constituted for only engineering named their degree as B.Tech.
Now as AICTE approve courses most of the courses are same and identical for BE and B.Tech.

    Hello,
Both the degrees are almost same. So, you should not get confused between these two.

    Hi,
There is no differences in both the degree. Some universities offer engineering in the name of BE and other as in B.Tech. The curriculum, duration, standard and value is totally the same. So, don't get confused between these two names. You should concentrate on your studies and choose the right university for your engineering degree.
    All the best.
