BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) are both undergraduate programs in the field of management. BBA is focussed on knowledge about the administration on various levels of a company . BMS is all about improving and acquiring managerial skills. And for masters in IT you can surely pursue in abroad which would be a better option. In India, for Masters in IT, I think you require a Bachelors in IT.
