What is the difference between BCA and B.Sc in computer science?

    BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. You may get junior developer or Application support jobs. B.Sc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing and help students to become Systems Developers.
    Syllabus of B.Sc CS and BCA is similar up to 70 to 80% in various universities. Courses on Computer languages, data structure, databases, and networking etc are common. BCA degree course program is primarily fo
