A BCA course deals with data base management and software design also in working with multiple data in the computer. BCA course includes subjects like C & C languages, operating systems, logical analysis, data base management, client server and software engineering.

B.Tech and BE CSE are considered to be almost same but BCA is of little low level as compared to B.Tech because in BCA only the basics are taught about computers but when you complete BCA+MCA it will be equal to B.Tech.
