What is the difference between BE and B.Tech ? Do only IITs and NITs offer B.Tech degree?

No difference engg. means just engg. either be or btech both are same. you can do btech also as I am doing from from Rajasthan. but I thinks B.Tech gives more practical knowledge than B.E. its yours choice finally goggle it
