what is the difference between (BE and B-TECH)

B.Tech have no of specilisation degree such as food production ,it etc an you can go to mtech after btech but in b.e has technical and mechanical,electricals fields

B.E. and B.Tech are same as study and course wise but the college affiliated by any university of state than it provide B.E. and if college affiliated by Technical University than the same degree is B.Tech.
I am not 100 % sure but whatever discussion among in my friends the out come is this.

BE is offered when u do your engineering graduation from most of the colleges/universities in Karnataka state.
The same is called BTech in Andhra pradesh..
Also, BTech is offered by most of the govt funded institutions like REC's/IIT's

BE is a degree of engineering but BTECH is a degree of technology. In BE technology is not much emphasized whether in BTECH it is emphasized.
