there is no difference between them dear if both are a regular course. If any one is not a regular mode than that have slightly less value of it. There is no difference regarding eligibility criteria for different competition.

Engineering & technology basically in technology there are lots of practical knowledge as compare to engineering that's it

At present no degree, BE or B.Tech is superior to the other. Its just this B.Tech is Skill oriented and BE knowledge oriented. But both of them are similar having equal scope and future in terms of course curriculum, standards and job prospects. Your performance and your knowledge is what matters.
