What is the difference between BE and B.Tech?

Hello Md. Istiyak, Fundamentally there is no difference. Some institutions award B.Tech while some award BE. It is believed that those institutes which have only engineering for study award B Tech while universities which have courses other than engineering award BE. So, IITs award B Tech. Hence,

BE and B.Tech both are same. BE is Bachelor of engineering and B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology.
