BHM belongs to Bachelors in hotel management. It includes only practical work with management. Whereas, B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management is a new version of course. It does not include only management but also research in related specialization. So, I would suggest you B.Sc as it have scope with good opportunities, even for further research studies.

B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is generally offered by Central govts. IHMs and other institutes affiliated to NCHMCT and is of 3 years duration, while
BHM is mostly offered by private institutes affiliated to state universities and is of 4 years duration.
So, I would suggest you B.Sc as it have scope with good opportunities, even for further research studies.
Apart from this there is no such major difference as both the degrees are equally recognised by industry and for other purposes.

B.Sc. in hotel management is traditional graduation, not a full-fledged hotel management course. It is the part of B.Sc. But, BHM is a full-fledged course and it is specially designed for hotel management. Of course, BHM has better scope as after doing it you can work in service industry, tourism sector and even airlines. There are institutes like IIHM, LPU, Amity, IHM that offer world class practical knowledge to their students, both on the campus as well as off the campus. Some of these institutes offer scholarships too. Check their websites for more information.

BHM stands for Bachelor of hotel management and B.Sc in hospitality and hotel administration. Both the courses have same value with little difference.
